У статті подано основні аспекти зарубіжного досвіду управління персоналом, охарактеризовано механізм управління персоналом та сформовано синтезоване поняття «управління персоналом».Управління персоналом потребує інноваційних підходів до підготовки кадрового потенціалу.
The dynamic development of economy of Ukraine, the high rates of changes in the external environment and increased competition determine the growth of the role and significance of the personnel as the factor of increase of competitiveness of the hotel industry. Tough fight withstand only those hotels that can offer its customers high-quality service, which is impossible without the professionally trained staff. The paper presents the main aspects of the foreign experience of management of the personnel, described the mechanism of management of the personnel and form a composite term «personnel management». Personnel management requires innovative approaches to the preparation of personnel potential.
