Анотація
У статті представлено й доведено, що на етапі більшовизації та етапі створення мережі навчальних закладів Міністерства шляхів сполучення існувала серйозна нестача як навчально-методичного, так і матеріально-технічного забезпечення цих навчальних закладів. Ситуація докорінно змінилася в повоєнний час (на етапі технологізації), коли в усіх навчальних закладах були створені методичні ради з відповідними методичними комісіями, які здійснювали організацію й контроль навчально-методичного забезпечення у школах, училищах і технікумах Міністерства шляхів сполучення. Головне управління навчальними закладами Міністерства шляхів сполучення та його відповідні підрозділи на місцях проводили систематичні перевірки стану викладання навчальних дисциплін, їх методичного забезпечення та матеріально-технічного оснащення кабінетів. Кабінетна система навчання на етапі технологізації стала домінуювальною, що дозволило активно наповнювати кабінети приладами, моделями, плакатами, методичними посібниками.
As the scientific literature on the issue of the development and implementation of educational-methodological and scientific-methodological support of the educational process of the establishments of various types and levels, advanced training and methodological support is developed in accordance with the existing State standards and contains a number of materials required for successful mastery by the pupils and students of relevant content of education or training. Therefore, in the article it is presented and proved that at the stage of Bolshevisation and the stage of creating the Ministry of Railways network of education institutions has been a serious lack of educational-methodological and logistical support of these institutions. The situation changed dramatically in the post-war period (at technologizing) when in all education institutions had been established with the relevant methodological advice methodological commission, which carried out the organization and supervision of training and methodological support in schools, colleges and technical schools of the Ministry of Railways. General Directorate of education institutions of the Ministry of Railways and its respective field offices carried out a systematic check of the status of the teaching of academic disciplines and their methodological maintenance and material and technical equipment rooms. Of great importance in the educational-methodological support of educational process in education institutions of the MRs, as evidenced by the analysis of historical materials, were the libraries of different levels – those that existed directly in the educational and road technical library with the relevant line departments. They solved the problem of factual lack of adequate number of educational and popular scientific literature in schools, colleges and technical schools of the Ministry of Railways. Cabinet system of education at the stage of technologizing became dominant, which allowed active devices to fill rooms, models, posters, manuals. Showing scientific, methodological and technical support of the educational process in establishments of the Ministry of Railways in Ukraine in 1920-60 years of the twentieth century. The content and features of training and methodological support for the training of railways in Ukraine are characterized.
