Інноваційні зміни організації післядипломної освіти керівників загальноосвітніх навчальних закладів у регіональному просторі

Abstract

На підставі теоретико-емпіричних досліджень проаналізовано інноваційні зміни, які відбуваються сьогодні в структурі та змісті післядипломної педагогічної освіти керівників загальноосвітніх навчальних закладів під впливом модернізаційних та інтеграційних процесів. Розкрито особливості реалізації й взаємодію традиційних та інноваційних підходів у змісті й формах підвищення кваліфікації керівників загальноосвітніх навчальних закладів у регіональному освітньому просторі. Доведено важливість координації управління професійним розвитком керівників ЗНЗ у курсовий та міжкурсовий періоди як важливого ресурсу ефективного забезпечення якості такої цілеспрямованої роботи.

The innovative changes that are taking place today in the structure and content of Postgraduate Education heads of secondary schools under the influence of modernization and integration processes are analyzed. The features of the implementation and interaction of traditional and innovative approaches to the content and form of training managers of secondary schools in regional educational space are drawn. Organizational and pedagogical aspects of the use of credit-modular and distance learning leaders at the courses at Regional Institute of Postgraduate Education are considered. The author focuses on the need to work in shaping the content of leaders to focus on new goals and content of education policy, training of managers to perform multidimensional functions, of which priority is a culture, information, renewable, research, expert. Should also focus on how to increase the level of fundamental knowledge of each manager to ensure the harmonization of cultural, scientific and substantive, ideological, methodological, didactic and psychological knowledge that will allow him to develop professional values, acquire modern tools of quality management education. It is important to provide managers of educational tools psychodiagnostic study to analyze the results of their work are adjusted according to the learning process, implement multifaceted monitoring activities. In addition, under the influence innovation processes need managers to improve their professional competence differentiated. There is a need to develop along with the command and individual professional development routes that provide a choice of content and learning both the course and intercource period according to their individual problems and needs. The article focuses on the need for continuous improvement of management mechanism that provides Postgraduate Education managers of secondary schools. The importance of coordination in the professional development of managers of secondary schools in the course and intercourse periods as an important resource efficient quality assurance of such purposeful work is proved.
