Анотація
У статті розглядається питання про особливості педагогічної підготовки майбутнього педагога з урахуванням інтердисциплінарності. Обґрунтовано чинники, які забезпечують високу якість освіти, та завдання, які ставляться перед викладачем вищої школи; систематизовано вимоги до педагогічної діяльності. Обґрунтовано рівні продуктивної педагогічної діяльності; функції викладача у процесі професійного становлення. Розкрито особливості педагогічної та інформаційної культури викладача в підготовці майбутнього педагога. З’ясовано, що педагогічна культура є частиною загальнолюдської культури, відображає духовні й матеріальні цінності освіти та виховання, інтегрує історико-культурний педагогічний досвід і регулює сферу педагогічної взаємодії.
The article reveals the features of pedagogical training of future teachers based on interdisciplinary approach. It is emphasized that education, particularly higher education, is serving as the main component of cultural socio-economic and environmentally sustainable development of mankind because society increasingly requires knowledge. In Ukraine is developing a new education system, focused on entry into the world educational area. This requires adequate staffing of highly educational sector, implementation of evidence-based training for teaching staff of higher education. Grounded factors, consideration of which provides effective training, the formation of a creative personality of future graduate’s moral and creative potential, to achieve a new state of the student – the need for constant self-improvement and acquisition of knowledge and skills, the development of general and professional culture. The tasks that relate to high school teachers are analyzed: conservation, enhancement and transmission of cultural, scientific and technical achievements of society and civilization as a whole, socialization at an appropriate stage of its formation associated with obtaining training, which requires a higher level of professionalism. The requirements for educational activities are systematized, it is emphasized that the teacher is a public person, everything he does is open to students and observing their assessment. The peculiarity of high school teacher’s activity is that it is a multidimensional and consists of several interconnected species that share common components. The levels of productive educational activity are characterized: reproductive, adaptive, locally modeling, system- modeling; the functions of the teacher in the process of professional formation are defined: reflection, planning, design, organization and communication. The features of teacher’s educational and informational culture in training of future teachers are described. It was found out that pedagogical culture is a part of human culture, it reflects the spiritual and material values of education and training, integrating historical and cultural teaching experience and adjusts the scope of educational interaction. The perspective directions for further research on this issue can improve the content of teacher training based on interdisciplinary approach; trends of Pedagogics at this stage, implementation of interdisciplinary connections in the preparation of future teachers in the information society, the introduction of innovative learning technologies, the effectiveness of the skills self-study, the development of interest and motivation to learning, improvement creative abilities of future teachers and others.
