Анотація
У статті подано визначення понять «ресоціалізація», «ресоціалізація неповнолітнього засудженого в пенітенціарному закладі». З’ясовано механізми ресоціалізації неповнолітніх засуджених пенітенціарних закладів України Установлено, що такими механізмами є: освітня, виховна, психологічна й соціальна робота із засудженими та законодавче закріплення права засуджених на ресоціалізацію. Висвітлено основні напрями організації освітньої роботи з неповнолітніми засудженими: надання базової та повної загальної середньої освіти; надання професійно-технічної освіти; надання вищої освіти. Зазначено, що виховна
робота з неповнолітніми засудженими спрямована на всебічне виховання та розвиток усіх сфер особистості. Виокремлено провідні напрями психологічної роботи з неповнолітніми засудженими у виправних закладах: психодіагностика, психопрофілактика, психокорекція, психоконсультація, психологічна просвіта. Проаналізовано особливості соціальної роботи з неповнолітніми засудженими в пенітенціарному закладі. Останній механізм ресоціалізації неповнолітніх засуджених – законодавче закріплення права засуджених на ресоціалізацію, на основі якого повинен будуватися їх правовий статус.
The concepts of «resocialization», «resocialization of juvenile convicts in penal institutions» are defined in the article. The author of the article understands the concept as a complex process of resocialization of minors, which is the basis of a complex set of legal, social, psychological, educational, medical and other measures aimed at counteracting to him by desocialization antisocial norms, values negative roles, behavior and subsequent recovery, (or mastering the first time) and the development of positive, according to society, social norms, values roles, relationships, patterns of behavior, ability and willingness to engage after release to the conditions of life in society. The mechanisms resocialization of juvenile offenders in prisons in Ukraine is established that such mechanisms are: education, educational, psychological and social work with convicts and legislative strengthening the rights of prisoners to re-socialization. The basic directions of educational work with juvenile delinquents: the provision of basic and secondary education , technical and vocational education and higher education. Indicated that educational work with juvenile delinquents focused on comprehensive training and development in all spheres of the individual. Singled out key areas of psychological work with juvenile inmates in correctional facilities: psychodiagnostics, psychoprophylaxis, correction, psyhokonsultatsiya, psychological education. The features of social work with young prisoners in penal institutions. The latter mechanism resocialization of juvenile offenders – legislative strengthening the rights of prisoners to resocialization on which has built their legal status. In modern conditions, improving efficiency and quality of education and resocialization process is impossible without them technologizing. That is another mechanism resocialization of juvenile convicts in penitentiaries is the correct application of technology, educational and adaptive technologies. In technology resocialization of juvenile convicts isolated processes of diagnosis, evaluation, forecasting, modeling, programming, planning ways to incorporate minor corrections in processes and resocialization.
