Анотація
У статті теоретично обґрунтовано та експериментально доведено необхідність викладання християнської етики як засобу духовно-морального виховання учнів загальноосвітніх навчальних закладів. Наведено результати роботи по введенню даної дисципліни в навчально-виховний процес і окреслено перспективи її розвитку та популяризації серед учнів і батьків. Автор статті звертається при розгляді питання, як до позиції сучасних педагогів, так і до визнаних майстрів педагогічної науки. Визначено необхідність у відповідних педагогічних кадрах та їх підготовці. Наведено приклади державних програм з викладання даного предмету. Викладено авторську позицію щодо викладання даного курсу, як ключового засобу у формуванні духовно-моральної особистості учня.
In modern conditions formation of the spiritual world of children and youth as a leading personality traits is a complex task. In a situation of acute shortage of values and orientations of religious moral values which are the basis of human values play an increasingly greater role in the education of today's children and youth. Consequently, there is an urgent need to attract Christian values in the process of raising children, the definition of the basic principles, goals, objectives, content, forms and methods of forming spirituality based on them, together with other components contribute to the formation of highly moral spiritual personality, future citizens of Ukraine. The period of Ukraine’s independence formation, aspiring for the economical, political, legal, educational and cultural development demands creation of civic relationship on the basis of moral norms and human values. The standard of spiritual culture and moral education of the growing up generation gives rise to anxiety. The conflicts and stresses both in educational establishments and in families are caused by the disregard to the fixed spiritual values. Such spiritual assets as love, family and cultural heredity are loosing their importance. Consequently the immediate task of the present time becomes the renewal of the state national pattern of spiritual and moral education within the existing educational system. Giving knowledge on different subjects, forming of intellectually developed, spiritually and morally mature, ready for the contemporary life a personality must become the aim of the educational process. The importance of teaching Christian Ethics as a means of spiritual and moral education of the pupils in comprehensive educational establishments is theoretically grounded and experimentally proved in the article. The results of the project work as for the introduction of this subject into the educational process and the prospect of its development and popularization among pupils and their parents are also given. While studying the issue the author of the article takes into consideration the opinion both of the contemporary teachers and of the recognized experts in the domain of pedagogy. The demand of the skilled personnel and their appropriate training is determined. The examples of the curriculum of the above mentioned subject are given in the article. The author’s position as for the teaching the subject as the main means in the formation of spiritual and moral pupil’s personality is stated here.
