Соціально-педагогічні передумови створення поняття оздоровчої компетентності в майбутніх фізреабілітологів в умовах модернізації освіти

Abstract

Сучасна державна політика в галузі вищої педагогічної освіти спрямована на реалізацію основних положень компетентнісного підходу до підготовки фахівців. Вимогою сучасності є не лише володіння знаннями й певним набором умінь і навичок, а ще й усвідомлення життєвих цінностей, життєвої мети, що разом складає компетентність людини. Проблема якості підготовки майбутніх фізичних реабілітологів, здатних ефективно вирішувати питання здоров’язбереження та здоров’ятворення свого та своїх майбутніх пацієнтів, актуалізує питання формування їхньої оздоровчої компетентності.

Modern public policy in the sphere of higher pedagogical education is sent to realization of substantive provisions of the competence of preparation of specialists. The successful decision of tasks on improvement of training of highly skilled personnel is closely related to strengthening and health protection, increase of capacity of young people. In this connection the maintenance and strengthening of health of the students, forming for them the values of health and a healthy way of life must become a foreground task in the modern stage to modernisation of higher education. The third millennium is a time of scientific and technical progress, when not only knowledge but also ability is needed to use, it properly to behave to that which takes place with us and round us. Actually, the requirement of contemporaneity is not only possessing knowledge and a certain set of abilities and skills, realization of vital values, a vital aim which folds the competence of man together. Today to become competent in any industry is extraordinarily difficult, in fact it requires great efforts. In addition, those, who want to be competent, need to be healthy, in particular to have not only social and moral health but also a balanced complex, which includes physical, psychical, social and spiritual components of health. The student age is characterized by the intensive prosecution of forming of the personality, working off an individual style of behavior. It is time of search of students’ answers for various ethic, aesthetic, scientific, cultural and other questions. Forming of a personality goes from original appearance to that, which determines a core of a personality. The constrained beginning of professional activity start at the student age. The problem of quality of training of future physical rehabilitation specialists, capable effectively decide the question of health maintenance and health creation actualizes the question of forming of their health competence.
