Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню феномену делінквентної поведінки в сучасному суспільстві та механізмів процесу формування делінквентної особистості неповнолітнього. Делінквентна поведінка має складну природу, яка зумовлена безліччю взаємопов’язаних факторів, що впливають один на одного, тому в роботі здійснено теоретичну характеристику явища делінквентної поведінки, проаналізовано основні теорії та концепції виникнення й розвитку делінквентної поведінки особистості, визначено відмінність між девіантною та делінквентною поведінкою особистості неповнолітнього.
The article investigates the phenomenon of delinquent behavior in modern society, mechanisms of formation of the individual juvenile delinquent. In this article the theoretical description of the phenomenon of delinquent behavior, the analysis of the main theories and concepts of the development of delinquent behavior and personality, definitions prove the difference between the deviant and delinquent behavior of personality minor, which in turn will be useful for further exposure and creating technologies of social and educational work with the young, prone to delinquent, criminal behavior. The concept of «delinquent behavior», in the broadest sense, is synonymous with illegal behavior - the kind of deviant behavior, actions, persons who violate the public order, threatening the well-being of others or to society in general and can be legally punished. In this case, we mean the behavior of a person officially recognized as a crime and illegal acts that do not fall under the jurisdiction of the court. It is in this sense – the term «delinquent behavior», «delinquent» is used in most contemporary sociological and criminological publications. In domestic pedagogy and psychology the concept of «delinquent behavior» is often used in a narrow sense: to refer to non-criminal anti-social behavior and juvenile delinquency or intermediate stage of formation of the wrongful conduct of minors. Thus, delinquent behavior is complex nature, which is caused by a multitude of interrelated factors that influence each other. Despite the differences analyzed theories created by individual scientists, all of them are important to explain the phenomenon of the emergence of delinquent behavior. This is due to the fact that all analyzes confirm the need for social theory and pedagogical approach to working with adolescents, prone to delinquent behavior. The combined efforts as pedagogy, psychology, law, sociology, social pedagogy and other sciences in the eradication and prevention of juvenile delinquency and such negative deviations in the behavior of the younger generation can give good results.
