Анотація
У статті висвітлено методичні засади управління самостійною роботою студентів-бакалаврів вищих навчальних закладів. Окреслено моделі управління самостійною роботою студентів та представлено методичну конструкцію організації і проведення самостійної роботи студентів. Визначено компоненти, що складають формування готовності студента до самостійної роботи. З’ясовано та схарактеризовано провідні методи й форми самостійної роботи студентів; виокремлено і розкрито форми управління самостійною роботою студентів.
The renewal of higher school provides for improvement of an educational process on the principles of humanity, individually oriented approach, individualization of the educational process and self-development of the students. The urgent task is to increase the level of formation of the students' life, educational and professional competencies that leads to restructuring of the independent work of the students, namely management. The aim of the article is to highlight the methodological bases of independent work of the students-bachelors of universities. The author defines management of independent work of the students as the process of planning, organizing, leadership, motivation and control of educational activity of the students, which is carried out with the educational purposes and objectives with methodological management by a teacher, but without his direct involvement. Methodological basis of the study are general scientific methods: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction to determine the condition of the investigated problem, comparison and synthesis to formulate and concretize the research findings. The characteristic of management models of students' independent work is given. The forms of management of independent work are presented in the article. According to the distribution of administrative functions between a teacher and students, decision-making method several management models of independent work of the students are identified, namely declarative, dialogical, interactive. The process of organization of students' independent work is associated with improving the quality of teacher's work, preparation and updating of methodological support, as a teacher involved in the organization of independent work of the students indirectly, provides planning and provides the volume and content of independent work; the actual organization of independent work; management (control over the activities of the students' results with further correction to achieve the goals); communication (communication, which provides making their own decisions and the decisions of the student). The implementation of flexible and variable students' independent work involves formation of the student's readiness for independent work, including theoretical, practical, formation of ability to self-development, self-education. Depending on the type of independent work it is recommended to use different forms of control of the students' independent work by a teacher. Thus, the coverage of methodological bases of independent work of the students¬bachelors of higher education institutions helps to determine and describe leading practices and forms of independent work. The presented management models of independent work of the students make it possible to take into account the personal and professional significant needs and interests of the students, develop their creative potential, on the one hand and on the other, to use innovative teaching methods, modern information technologies. Various forms of control of the students' independent work require thorough training and continuous self-improvement of the teachers. The prospect of further scientific research in this direction may be the comparative analysis of the models and forms of management of independent work of the students in the leading foreign countries.
