Анотація
У статті здійснюється спроба філософсько-світоглядного осмислення впливу наукомістких технологій на економічну систему. Аналізується сутність аксіологічних наслідків зміни уявлень від – машин як засобу збільшення продуктивності працівників до – машин, які самі перетворюються на працівників. Особлива увага приділяється можливим трансформаціям ринку праці в умовах прогресу інформаційних технологій, темп якого постійно прискорюється. З позицій методології нелінійного прогнозування показана помилковість лінійної каузальності в проблемі впливу інформаційних технологій на світову економіку.
In the article an attempt is made to philosophically and ideologically interpret the interpretation of the influence of science-intensive technologies on the economic system. The essence of the axiological consequences of changing representations from – «the machine as a means of increasing the productivity of workers» on – «machines that themselves become workers» is analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the possible transformations of the labor market in the context of the progress of information technology, the rate of which is constantly accelerating. From the positions of the methodology of nonlinear forecasting, the error of linear causality in the problem of the influence of information technologies on the world economy is shown. The development of information technology, we find ourselves in a fundamentally new situation for yourself when reduced complexity in all the sectors. However, this transition will not necessarily wear progressive nature and easily succumb to predict. For example, two sectors – higher education and health care – is still able to withstand the ravages of new technologies that have declared themselves in all other sectors of the economy. The irony is that the stability of these two sectors, which resulted in the cost of health care and education will become more and more burdensome, may contribute to the rise of negative trends beyond. Of course, the future will be determined not only by technology. It makes more sense to consider them in the context of other important social and environmental problems such as aging population, climate change and resource depletion. Most predict that fact in the future when the aging generation of the postwar boom, birth rates will reduce the economically active population, we have to deal with a shortage of labor, which would nullify – and even outshine – any effects automation. Artificial rate of innovation is usually treated exclusively as a compensating force can minimize or even neutralize the impact of our operations on the environment. Moreover, the harsh reality is that, if not taken with due attention to the effects of technology and does not adapt to them, you can be in a situation of "perfect storm" when we both will influence just three trends: growing inequality, unemployment, caused automation and climate change – which will develop almost simultaneously, in some cases increasing each other.
