Анотація
У статті здійснена нозогеографічна оцінка території Сумської області щодо просторово-часових відмінностей захворюваності населення на артрози та виявлення нозоареалів їх поширення. Охарактеризовано чинники, що впливають на появу артрозів. Проаналізовано динаміку поширеності та первинної захворюваності на артрози протягом 2005-2017 років та встановлено райони з найбільш несприятливою ситуацією. Досліджено сучасний стан захворюваності населення Сумської області на артрози, зокрема деформівний артроз. Вивчено територіальні відмінності в захворюваності сільського населення регіону на артрози та остеоартрози. Виділено групи адміністративних одиниць Сумської області за рівнем захворюваності сільського населення на артрози. За допомогою кластерного аналізу виокремлено 2 типи адміністративних одиниць регіону, які мають відмінності в захворюваності населення на артрози.
Arthrosis is the most common disease in the structure of diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue. Exogenous and endogenous factors are influencing to the appearance of arthrosis. The purpose of the article is to establish the spatio-temporal differences of the Sumy region population morbidity on arthrosis and to identify the nozogeographical areals of their distribution. The observation covers the period from 2005 to 2017. This study analyzed the data of annual statistical reports of medical institutions of Sumy region, which are subordinate to the Ministry of Public Health of Ukraine. In this paper a systematic approach, comparative- geographical, statistical, cartographic, analytical, and other methods of scientific geographical research are applied. All calculations as well as the graphic images and figures were obtained using SPSS Statistic 17.0 computer software by SPSS Inc., Microsoft Excel 2010 and Statistica 10 by Stat Soft Inc. The dynamics of the morbidity rates and prevalence rates of arthrosis have been studied in the geographical aspect. It was revealed that the prevalence of arthrosis among the population increased by 27.6%, of deformable arthrosis - by 20.2%, but the primary morbidity decreased - by 9.4% and 18.9%, respectively. Separately, the dynamics of the morbidity and prevalence of these diseases during 2005-2017 were considered. During the study period, the prevalence of arthrosis among the population of Sumy region increased in all districts, except Sumy district and primary morbidity – in six administrative units. This is a rather negative trend, considering that the pathologies of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue occupy the second place in the structure of causes of disability among citizens of Ukraine. The unfavorable situation is observed among the rural population. The prevalence of arthrosis is higher than the total regional indicator. To making the grouping of areas by the level of morbidity and prevalence of arthrosis among the population, the method of cluster analysis was used. As a result, 2 types of administrative regions were identified, which differ in the morbidity by arthrosis among the population. The study materials can be used by the health administration of the Sumy Region State Administration with the aim to developing the necessary preventive measures on the territory of the different nozogeographical areals.
