Анотація
Стаття присвячена вивченню зарубіжного досвіду з проблеми формування професійної компетентності в майбутніх фахівців з підприємництва. Сьогодні законодавство України спрямоване на вдосконалення системи освіти, адаптації її до європейського освітнього простору й дослідження щодо вивчення такого досвіду є актуальним. Метою статті є розкриття особливостей формування професійної компетентності в майбутніх фахівців економічного спрямування в закладах вищої освіти за кордоном. Серед методів дослідження виокремлено: контекст-аналіз, синтез, абстрагування, порівняння. З'ясовано поняття «професійна компетентність» та закцентовано увагу на різні підходи щодо його розуміння. У Великій Британії Код якості дає можливість здобувачам освіти визначити свою готовність до майбутньої професійної діяльності. Вивчено досвід Сполучених Штатів Америки щодо отримання підприємницької освіти, психологічної її складової. Наведено приклад співпраці Українських закладів освіти із Вищою школою бізнесу Польщі.
The article is devoted to the study of foreign experience on the problem of formation of professional competence among future entrepreneurs. The relevance of the research has been determined, a partial analysis of scientific research of domestic scientists has been carried out, which made it possible to continue the studying of the identified problem. The purpose of the article is to reveal the peculiarities of the formation of professional competence in future specialists in the field of economics in institutions of higher education abroad. Research methods: context-analysis, synthesis, abstraction, comparison. The analysis of some scientific sources concerning the concept of «professional competence» is conducted and approaches to its formation are considered. It is learned that in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, a Quality Code with defined thresholds has been introduced, which makes it possible to clearly define the existing professional competence. The experience of the United States in obtaining entrepreneurial education, its psychological component, has been found. By integrating into the European space, Ukraine introduces various cooperation programs, from which the double diploma program is widespread. There is a practice of continuing education for a shorter term in Poland. Actually, we have focused on the application of such a program in the Mukachevo Cooperative Trade and Economic College. The author focuses attention on the psychological component of professional competence and business ethics. Attention is also focused both on forming of traits of businessman and on professional behavior. A trade sphere requires both correct marketing politics, and communicative character traits. Among the formed communicative abilities: ability to pick up the broadcasting style, to own the culture of the proper Ukrainian communication. It is established that higher education in Ukraine in order to integrate into European space works in the following directions: improvement of the legislative basis for reforming education, including economic; creation of educational programs adapted to European ones; introduction of innovative teaching technologies and diversification of forms of learning; exchange of work experience (internship) on the basis of foreign education institutions. The prospect of further research is seen in continuing the study of foreign experience in training of future specialists in entrepreneurship, trade and exchange activities.
