dc.description.abstractМетою статті є аналіз психолого-педагогічного супроводу й визначення завдань психолога та педагога. У статті використано термінологічний аналіз, що дає можливість окреслити психолого-педагогічний супровід, системний підхід - дає змогу розглядати проблему як неперервний процес змін системи освіти. У результаті дослідження висвітлено види й компоненти психолого-педагогічного супроводу. Розкрито ціль психодіагностики та її місце у профорієнтації дітей у середній освіті. Проаналізовано причини помилкового і випадкового професійного вибору учнів. Досліджено профорієнтаційну діяльність учителя.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the article is to analyze psychological and pedagogical support and determine the tasks of a psychologist and a teacher. The article uses terminological analysis, which gives an opportunity to study psychological and pedagogical support, a systematic approach that allows considering the problem as a continuous process of changes in the education system. Also, the article focuses on vocational guidance work with student youth as an effective means of psychological assistance of a person in a situation of choice of a profession or professional reorientation. The content and specificity of the vocational guidance work of the teacher with the student, peculiarities of the process of interaction, communication are revealed in detail. The teacher has wide opportunities for forming an active professional orientation position, development of cognitive and professional interests. The place of psycho-diagnostics in professional counseling as the main means for implementation of the psychological forecast is determined. As a result of the study, the types and components of the activity of psychological and pedagogical support are reflected. The purpose of psycho-diagnostics and its place in vocational guidance of children in secondary education are revealed. The reasons of false and random professional choice of students are analyzed. Professional guidance teacher activity is an important means of early psycho-prophylaxis of unemployment among young people. Professional orientation activity at school has significant opportunities and perspectives, is an effective means of providing psychological and pedagogical assistance to young people. The professional orientation activity of the teacher is studied. Professional orientation activity at school has significant opportunities and perspectives, is a necessary condition for preventing negative phenomena of the professional environment in the long run, an effective means of providing psychological and pedagogical assistance to young people, as well as being able to effectively implement psychological and pedagogical influences on the student's personality in order to form the appropriate orientations for the future, life and professional values.uk_UA
