dc.description.abstractУ статті розкривається нетотожність понять «цінності» та «метарегулятиви». Матеріальні та духовні цінності є необхідними складовими життєдіяльності соціуму та людини. За своєю соціокультурною сутністю вони є загальними універсальними абстрактами. Вищі цінності реалізуються в індивідуальних вчинках, лише якщо вони підтверджені та актуалізовані метарегулятивами – програмними дозволами та заборонами, що контролюють діяльність особи. Доводиться, що сфера єдності та боротьби цінностей та метарегулятивів – це сфера практично-діяльнісного розвитку особистості в її соціокультурних вимірах.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article explains the discrepancy between the concepts of «values» and «metaregulaters». Material and spiritual values are essential components of the life of the individual and of society. In its socio-cultural entity they represent universal and common abstracts. Higher values are realised in individual actions only if they are maintained and updated of metaregulaters – the software permissions and prohibitions, that control the activity of the individual. It is proved, that the sphere of unity and struggle of values and metaregulaters is a sphere of practical activity of personality, which development in its social and cultural dimensions. Self-concept, with its emotional and cognitive components are characteristic of individual persons. It appears in the field of identity and communication skills, and the ability to direct or indirect response to the situation of a scientific experiment. But personality is social, socio-cultural entity, as realized in activity. These values (in this case lawyers) can occur only in situations of real activity-related legal and moral choice, as a result of conscious decisions in which the opposing arm on individual behavior are still metarehulyatyvy as conscience and self-interest, knowledge of laws and attempt to abuse them, caution and audacity, fear of punishment and greed. Values are memorized words, conventional concepts until they are realized in deeds. The scope of actions the person's activity - is the sphere of social and cultural selfactualization. The unity and struggle "higher" values and metarehulyatyviv their conflict, confrontation, emotional and spiritual bifurcation and fluctuations in student not reflected tests, that is - fiction on the topic, and in the back lot of real trial, prosecutors and investigators.uk_UA
