dc.description.abstractУ статті розглядаються проблеми соціально-культурної адаптації студентів-іноземців медичного профілю. Для оптимального проходження цього процесу надаються рекомендації з організації навчання, поради викладачам. Сформульовані вимоги до особистісних якостей як викладача, так і студента, необхідних для успішної соціально-культурної адаптації. Теоретичне узагальнення наукових розвідок дало змогу з'ясувати особливості іноземних студентів як специфічної соціально-демографічної та психовікової групи. Визначені особливості процесу їх адаптації в освітньо-культурному середовищі, а також засади соціально- педагогічного супроводу соціалізації іноземних студентів в освітньо-культурному середовищі вищого навчального закладу в умовах інформаційного суспільства.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article deals with the problems of socio-cultural adaptation of foreign students in the medical field. For optimal passage of this process, recommendations are given on the organization of training, advice to teachers. Requirements are formulated for the personal qualities of both the teacher and the student, which are necessary for successful social and cultural adaptation. Theoretical generalization of research has made it possible to elucidate the peculiarities of foreign students as a specific socio-demographic and psycho-educational group. Specific features of the process of their adaptation in the educational and cultural environment, as well as the basis of social and pedagogical support for the socialization of foreign students in the educational and cultural environment of higher education institutions in the information society. The socialization of foreign students unfolds throughout the entire period of their education and has its own peculiarities in accordance with the time and quality of stay in Ukraine, which has become the basis for singling out its three stages: social adaptation, social integration, social individualization. We believe that with the adaptation of foreign students, social and pedagogical support is necessary, that is, social and pedagogical activity carried out during the entire period of study, aimed at the social and pedagogical protection of foreign students at the stage of social adaptation, social and pedagogical assistance at the stage of social integration and social- pedagogical support at the stage of social individualization in the process of acculturation through the interaction of the accompanied (foreign student) with accompanying (social worker, worker of a structural unit responsible for the training of foreign students, the curator, the dean's office worker, teacher or other person who provides support) by coordinating the efforts of the positive educational and cultural environment of the university and the socio-cultural space of the country of study. The result of such support is creation of optimal conditions for the effective development of the social character of these students.uk_UA
