dc.description.abstractУ статті розкривається зміст авторської навчальної програми, яка забезпечує формування комунікативної компетентності вихованців позашкільних навчальних закладів у гуртках гуманітарного напряму. Ураховуючи складну структуру процесу комунікації, виділено комплекс методів, за допомогою яких здійснюється ефективний вплив з метою формування комунікативної компетентності особистості, зокрема особлива увага акцентується на ролі тренінгових технологій для вирішення поставлених задань.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to the methods of formation of schoolchildren’s communicative competence in the out-of-school educational institutions. The author focuses that changes, which are caused by the process of intercultural integration and expansion of information and communication space, increase the importance of communication in social, occupational or other areas of life. During this interaction, interpersonal people’s relationships, exchange opinions, feelings and experiences are forming. The effectiveness of the communication process, achievement of its objectives depends on a person’s ability to communicate. Accordingly, one of the criteria of effective communication is communicative competence. Communicative competence as a constituent of communicative culture is necessary for all professions and for some of them it is professionally significant personal characteristic. The rising role of communication competence leads to increased efficiency of governance, strengthening of dialogue as its priority form of interaction, becoming a morally mature person. Summarizing the existing theoretical approaches of the study, the author can conclude that in the modern world to be successful, means to have effective communication skills. Schoolchildren’s communicative competence of the out-of-school educational institutions is an adaptation and adequate functioning of the personality in society. The structure of communicative competence distinguishes its components such as the ability to read, understand and estimate others (engagement, assessing the problem of a partner alignment emotional stress talking, coordination of interests of discussion, personal preconditions of communicative potential, etc.). It is also underlined that contemporary psychological and pedagogical researches have actualized the problem of updating program and method’s support of out-of-school education on the basis of competence-based approach. Due to the complex structure of the communication process, the methods of communicative competence are complicated. The author describes two groups of methods: the methods focused on oral communication and the methods focused on written communication.uk_UA
