dc.description.abstractСтаття являє собою філософське дослідження проблеми розвитку сучасних соціогуманітарних технологій та їх використання у військових цілях. Її основною метою є розкриття найбільш небезпечного аспекту маніпулятивної сутності соціогуманітарних технологій – інформаційних війн та окреслені можливі варіанти подолання цієї небезпеки. Подані основні дефініції інформаційної війни, на їх основі визначається основна мета їх проведення. Робиться наголос на високій небезпеці та неявному впливі на соціум. Створення сил спеціальних операцій розглядається як відповідь сучасним викликам розвитку інформаційного суспільства. Коротко описується історія створення сил спеціальних операцій, вказуються основні завдання, що ними вирішуються.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractProgress of complex NBICS results in the acceleration of changes in an environment, and the effects caused by him create enormous possibilities for manipulation individual and collective consciousness. The article is philosophical research of problem of development of modern socioteсhnologies and use of them in military aims. Her primary purpose is opening of the most dangerous aspect of manipulation essence of socioteсhnologies – information warfares, and lineation of possible variants of overcoming of this danger. Basic definitions of informative war are presented, on their basis the primary purpose of her realization is determined. An accent is done on a high danger and non-obvious influence on society. Creation of special operations forces is examined as an answer to the modern calls of development of manipulation technologies and information society on the whole. History of creation is briefly described, the basic tasks decided by forces of the special operations are specified. Priority to date gives oneself up to the psychological operations. The rapid development of complex NBICS leads to faster changes in the environment, and caused it effects create huge opportunities for the manipulation of individual and collective consciousness. Based on the analysis of different definitions of humanities technology, we see that the essence of technology Hi-Hume - manipulative in nature, with the rapid development of information technology simplifies the possibility of introduction and application of manipulation and human behavior at the international level. This leads to constant interference in the information sphere per second substitution or adjustment of the information forming the right mood and outlook of certain social groups and society in the interests of manipulators. This is a philosophical problem of universal scale, because it affects all humanity without exception, people no longer appears as a separate entity and subject to fulfillment of the will of others. Said feature fully used in the conduct of information warfare aimed at weakening the moral and material forces of the enemy or competitor and the strengthening of its own. They include the implementation of measures propaganda effect on the human mind in the ideological and emotional areas. Basic methods of information war - blocking or distortion of information flows and decision-making processes of the enemy.uk_UA
