dc.description.abstractСтаттю присвячено аналізу організаційно-управлінської структури вищої освіти ХІХ століття на західноукраїнських землях, досліджено моделі управління університетською освітою. Виокремлено основні положення системи німецької університетської освіти досліджуваного періоду. Розглянуто організаційну структуру «німецької» моделі університету, яка стала уособленням класичного типу на теренах Західної Європи протягом ХІХ ст. і передбачала функціонування загальноуніверситетського колегіального органу самоврядування; діяльність учених рад німецьких університетів ХІХ століття, що сприяла виробленню досвіду реалізації провідного принципу організації університетської освіти – принципу автономії й колегіального самоврядування.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to the analysis of the organizational administrative structures of higher education of the ХІХ century on western Ukrainian area, case university education frames are investigated. The substantive provisions of the system of German university formation of the probed period are selected. Nowadays, education is one of the most important means of promoting the economic development of the nation, its social stability as well as development of public society institutes. The possible variants of restructuring the system of education are being actively discussed, developed and introduced today. The main element of the reconstruction is changing the conceptual, technological, organizational and legal foundations of higher educational establishments’ activity. A base for restructuring the higher educational establishments is the provisions of Bologna Declaration, current requirements for social and economic development of society and new concepts of management. It is also necessary to take into account the rules of establishment and development of a multi-level model of higher education, its versatility, technologies and peculiarities of training highly-qualified personnel of different levels, fields and profiles. The system of higher education trains specialists that are forming the basic personnel potential of the country. Thus, a flexible adaptation of universities to the requirements of social environment is quite important. At the same time, the universities’ development strategy is to be active rather than accommodating to external realities. Taking into account the tasks facing the country’s educational institutions, it becomes clear that every educational establishment should revise its activity and determine the further perspectives of its development. The importance of following the tendencies of stable development of higher educational establishments under existing conditions calls for working out the strategy in conformity with the statements of the state current educational policy. The article is devoted to the description of strategic aim of higher school, determination of the main tasks of the innovation activity and consideration of the main trends of the higher school innovation activity.uk_UA
