dc.description.abstractУ дослідженні запропоновано та обґрунтовано концептуальні засади передачі й обміну знаннями під час застосування інформаційного забезпечення віртуальних спільнот у навчальному процесі закладів вищої освіти. Розроблений та структуризований автором концептуальний рівень комунікацій у віртуальних навчальних спільнотах ураховує потенційно можливі види обміну знаннями в різних формах та представленнях, при яких наявні комунікації та технологічні умови задовольняють вимоги щодо організації навчального процесу. Пропонується, що саме шляхом застосування інформаційного забезпечення віртуальних спільнот, які будуть організовані відповідно до розроблених концептуальних підходів вдасться отримати максимально можливу повноту та ефективність знання-базованої комунікації в навчальному середовищі вищої школи.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the article is to study the application of discussion forums with external organization in the learning process of higher education institutions and based on the results to develop and structure the conceptual foundations of communication level of knowledge transfer and exchange through modern forms of virtual communities. In the research were used theoretical, logical, empirical methods of scientific data processing. Such general research methods as analysis, synthesis, systematization, concretization, scientific description were used for elaboration of theoretical material, formulation of generalizations and statements argumentation. Information modeling as an empirical method was used to build a conceptual basis of communication level of knowledge transfer and exchange. Conceptual foundations of knowledge transfer and exchange through the application of information support of virtual communities in the learning process in higher education institutions is proposed and substantiated in the study. The conceptual level of communications in virtual learning communities, developed and structured by the author, takes into account potential types of knowledge exchange in various forms. And under which, the available communications and technological conditions meet the requirements for the organization of the learning process. There are main vectors for structuring of communication level of virtual communities in learning process in higher education institutions with emphasis on discussion forums. They include: communication ways in the learning process when using discussion forums; ways of communication within a specific institution of higher education; participants of virtual community between whom a certain type of learning communication is established; the measure of a discussion coverage of virtual community based on thematically different discussion forums. It is considered that through the use of information support of virtual communities, which will be organized according to the conceptual approaches, it will be possible to obtain the maximum completeness and effectiveness of knowledge-based communication in the learning environment of higher education institutions. Further perspectives of scientific research will take place in studying of e-moderation conceptual levels and indicators in the knowledge management system in information and learning environment of high school.uk_UA
