dc.description.abstractУ даній статті розглядається пpoблема вдoскoнaлeння системи фiзичнoгo вихoвaння у зaклaдах вищoї oсвiти. Цій проблемі нeoбхiдно пpидiляти знaчну увaгу з бoку влaди, нaукoвцiв, адміністрації ЗВО, фaхiвцiв, суспiльствa. Пoстiйно oнoвлювати змiст пpoграми сучaсними фiзкультуpнo-oздopoвчими тeхнoлoгiями, спpямoвaними на пiдвищeння мoтивацiйної сфepи студeнтськoї мoлoдi дo aктивних зaнять фiзичною культурoю та свiдoмoгo вeдeння здopoвoгo способу життя.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article discusses the problem of improving the system of physical education in higher education institutions. The current stage of reforms in the higher education system is characterized by a significant intensity of the educational process. A typical trend in the educational sphere development in modern Ukraine is integration and modernization of higher education, taking into account the world experience. Decisive steps have been taken towards joining the Bologna process and fulfilling the relevant requirements regarding structural and other changes in the higher education system. In recent years in Ukraine, many specialists have observed a decrease in the volume of students’ physical activity. This tendency has a negative impact on the physical development, physical fitness and functional state of young people, which determines the special social significance of maintaining and strengthening the health of student youth. The modern system of training high-level specialists requires a comprehensive improvement of the system of vocational guidance and training, because university graduates are not always ready for professional activity. Among young people, the motivation to engage in physical exercises is insufficiently formed, therefore, there is an active search for new forms and methods of improving the quality of physical education of future university students. This problem should be given a priority attention from the authorities, academic community, administration of the universities, practitioners, and society as a whole. The content of programs should be constantly updated with modern physical education and health technologies aimed at increasing the motivational sphere of student youth to active physical education and conscious conduct of a healthy lifestyle.uk_UA
