dc.description.abstractУправлінська, так само як і творча, спадщина А. С. Макаренка досі не може залишити людину байдужою і має багато прихильників у наш час. Управлінців, науковців, учителів-новаторів захоплюють організований ним педагогічний процес, безпрецедентний за масштабами та результатами соціальної реабілітації, головними умовами якого є ефективний вплив праці на зростаючу особистість вихованця, її систематичність, послідовність використання новітніх технологій, урахування нахилів кожного, а також поєднання з навчанням. Макаренко розглядав педагогічний процес як головний компонент соціалізації - цілісне й безперервне явище, що дає підставу розглядати його педагогіку як стратегічно перспективну і довів, що соціальний розквіт суспільства здійснюється засобами всебічного розвитку людини.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractUkrainian state development on a democratic and humanistic basis requires improvement of the pedagogical education system. For Makarenko, education and upbringing issue is also crucial in the personality development and our society moral relations, and this position becomes a key in relation to the definition of Makarenko's pedagogy as exclusively humanistic, innovative, historically promising. In A. S. Makarenko's writings and management great attention is paid to many aspects that are relevant for management activity in our time: content, management forms and methods of the educational process in the light of A. Makarenko's innovative pedagogical ideas and his working experience in the colony on the disclosure of the child's abilities are determined; the processes of changes in the management paradigm are analyzed in accordance with the society development as a whole; pupils' ways and means of preparation at boarding school for independent labor activities, real mutual relations between people are outlined; stages of production meetings organization and holding are defined; ways of increasing the efficiency of administrative activity in the field of offenses prevention are revealed; it has been stated that the most widespread directions of leader's abilities development are self-education and self-esteem, expansion of outlook, change of the way of thinking, accumulation of experience in solving problems, interrelations within the organization; the truth of the thesis about the essence of the school manager's mastery is proved, which is that "maintaining a strict subordination, responsibility, giving a wide space to the public forces of the school, public opinion, pedagogical staff, school printing, individual initiative and the expanded system of school self-government". A. S. Makarenko's creative and management legacy still can not leave the person indifferent and has many supporters in our time. Managers, scientists and innovative teachers take over the pedagogical process organized by them, unprecedented in scope and results of social rehabilitation, the main conditions of which are the effective influence of the work on the growing pupils' personality, its systematic, the consistency of the latest technologies usage, the consideration of its inclinations, as well as combination with education. Makarenko considered pedagogical process as the main socialization component - a holistic and continuous phenomenon, which gives grounds for considering his pedagogy as strategically promising and proves that social flourishing of the society is carried out by means of comprehensive human development.uk_UA
