dc.description.abstractThe article reveals the essence of the concept of humanism, humanization, humanistic approach to education. The theoretical aspects of the humanization of the educational process of the higher educational institution are considered. The basic requirements under which the process of humanization in the ethnocultural training of the history teacher is determined. Note that the relationship humanistic character education teacher and students in universities in modern pedagogy is considered as the interaction, basedon their humanist spirit is-activity relationship. Modern pedagogical university environment together teachers and students is a living social organism that selfdeveloping in accordance with the internal laws, including under the laws of synergy, which is an important indicator vzayemodeterminovanist structural components of the environment and their vzayemozbudzhennya vzayemostymulyuvannya. In terms of "understanding the community" rozkripachuyetsya person deprived of stereotypes, opens its creative potential. Educational environment based on equality and cooperation enables both students and teacher to create internal resistance to the reality of spiritual and moral readiness to carefully analyze the situation, which consist of its strategy to build a professional-oriented activities. Thus, the main principle of human existence – humanity, must be present in all spheres of life, and especially in teaching. Working with people always require much effort. Modern education should be an important factor in the humanization of society, the formation of new vital reference person. Young people are now enrolled, soon will enter into adulthood and are designed to establish common national and moral and spiritual values. They must understand that scientific advances, technological advances have their use and provided a high level of moral and spiritual culture of their carriers. Therefore, the most important task of modern educational process humanization is a combination of national and universal principles.uk_UA
