dc.description.abstractОб’єктом дослідження є – правове виховання підлітків зі зниженим слухом. Предмет дослідження – зміст, форми і методи ефективної реалізації правового виховання підлітків зі зниженим слухом в освітньому процесі спеціального закладу освіти. Мета дослідження – теоретично обґрунтувати й експериментально перевірити зміст, форми і методи ефективної реалізації правового виховання підлітків зі зниженим слухом в освітньому процесі спеціального закладу освіти. Магістерська робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків та списку використаних джерел. У вступі обґрунтована актуальність дослідження, визначена мета та завдання дослідження. У першому розділі розкрито теоретичні аспекти процесу правового виховання учнів зі зниженим слухом в сучасному освітньому просторі, визначено сучасні підходи до правового виховання підлітків зі зниженим слухом в умовах спеціального закладу освіти. У другому розділі досліджено організацію процесу правового виховання підлітків зі зниженим слухом в освітньому процесі, обґрунтовано напрями правового виховання учнів середнього шкільного віку з порушеннями слуху. У третьому розділі здійснено експериментальну перевірку ефективності процесу правового виховання підлітків зі зниженим слухом в умовах спеціального закладу освіти : зміст, форми, методи зазначеного процесу та здійснено аналіз результативності формувального експерименту. У висновках узагальнено основні результати дослідження.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe object of research is the legal education of adolescents with disabilities by ear. The subject of research – the content, forms and methods of effective implementation of legal education of adolescents with hearing loss in the educational process of a special educational institution. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the content, forms and methods of effective implementation of legal education of adolescents with hearing loss in the educational process of a special educational institution. Master’s thesis consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions and a list of sources used. In the introduction the relevance of the research is substantiated, the purpose is defined and research objectives. The first section reveals the theoretical aspects of the process of legal education of students with hearing loss in the modern educational space, identifies modern approaches to the legal education of adolescents with hearing loss in a special educational institution. The second section examines the organization of the process of legal education of adolescents with hearing loss in the educational process, substantiates the areas of legal education of middle school students with hearing impairments. In the third section, an experimental test of the effectiveness of the process of legal education of adolescents with hearing loss in a special educational institution: the content, forms, methods of this process and an analysis of the effectiveness of the formative experiment. The conclusions summarize the main results of the study.uk_UA
