Structural and functional model of formation of management culture of future teachers in the context of organization of independent work on pedagogical disciplines. The article based on the analyses of a great number of scientific sources presents the structural and functional model of formation of management culture of students-bachelors of pedagogical higher educational institution in the context of organization of independent work on pedagogical disciplines. The purpose of the study is to develop a structural and functional model for forming the management culture of future teachers; to characterize the structural components of the model of the formation of a management culture of students-bachelors of pedagogical higher educational institution in the context of organization of independent work on pedagogical disciplines; to identify the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of management culture of future teachers. The theoretical analysis of the research problem is the basis for the development of a structural and functional model for the formation of a management culture of future teachers which involves the following structural units: purposeful, organizational and content, procedural-activity and criterion- effective. The purposeful unit consists of a clearly defined goal, methodological approaches and principles. The organizational and content unit defines a system of knowledge, skills and abilities in pedagogical disciplines, the functions and stages of the formation of management culture. The procedural-activity block contains the forms, methods and means of forming the management culture of students-bachelors of pedagogical higher educational institutions. The criterion-effective block encompasses the structural components of the management culture of students-bachelors: motivational-value, cognitive, operational-activity and management-analytical, criteria (axiological, content, technological, personal), the indicators and levels (low, medium, high), the formation of managerial the culture of undergraduate students. The result is the formation of a management culture of students-bachelors in pedagogical higher education institution. The organizational-pedagogical conditions of formation of management culture of students-bachelors of pedagogical higher educational institution in the context of organization of independent work on pedagogical disciplines are singled out. They are integration of theoretical and practical training of students in the process of phased formation of management culture in the process of teaching pedagogical disciplines; the formation of a positive motivational basis for students' cognitive independence, the formation of a positive need and sustainable cognitive interest; organization of individual and independent educational and cognitive activity of students with the use of innovative pedagogical technologies, methods, forms and means of training. The study does not exhaust all aspects of the above problem. For further study deserves a generalization of the experience of forming a management culture of students¬masters in the context of organization of independent work on pedagogical disciplines.uk_UA
