dc.description.abstractУ статті проаналізовано питання, яке стосується неперервної підготовки вчителя фізичної культури. Обґрунтовано необхідність післядипломної педагогічної освіти, а також визначено основні функції процесу підвищення кваліфікації вчителя. На основі аналізу науково-методичної літератури представлено рівні професійної компетентності педагога та їх основні складові. Обґрунтовано систему вдосконалення теоретичних, практичних умінь і навичок учителя фізичної культури через поглиблення знань з профільних дисциплін у закладах післядипломної педагогічної освіти.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractNowadays the requirements to professional competence of a teacher have risen up, as well as to a physical culture specialist, who should think constructively and also master innovative technologies in the system of students’ physical training. Health of rising generation depends greatly on their professional activities. That is why in the article the question being analyzed is connected with non-stop grounding of a teacher of physical training. The purpose of the paper is to define theoretically the necessity of non-stop grounding of a teacher of physical training and development of his professional competence through improvement of his theoretical and practical skills and abilities. It is proved that education is the element of non-stop training. The functions of the system of improvement professional skills are grounded: educational and informative, analytic and reflexive, nurturing, developmental and stimulating. The groups of competences of a physical training teacher are defined: individual and personal, subjective and professional, research, communicative and organizing, constructive and project). Those should be improved in the system of professional skills development. The disciplines of professionally-oriented cycle have been offered and introduced into the system of post-graduate pedagogical education of physical training teachers (biomechanics, metrological control). The importance of biomechanics and metrological control of physical training a teacher in the process of having a school lesson can be defined in carrying out biomechanical control over physical state of children and its further prediction. Thus, one of the directions for solving a problem of improvement professional skills of teachers physical- training in the system of post-graduate education is combining at the same course the topics of various subjects and possibility of its study by means of integrative modules, which show different aspects of general and professional skills of teacher in physical training.uk_UA
