dc.description.abstractУ статті виявлено тенденції інтернаціоналізації вищої освіти Китаю в контексті реалізації ініціативи «Один пояс, один шлях» у нормативному, організаційному та суб᾿єктному вимірах розгляду. Показано специфіку досліджуваного феномену на інституційному, національному, регіональному та глобальному рівнях розвитку. Здійснено структурно‐логічний аналіз цілей, принципів, напрямів та форм реалізації «Плану дій ‐ 2016» як освітньої складової Ініціативи «Один пояс, один шлях» (ОПОШ). Схактеризовано активності широкого кола суб᾿єктів «Освітнього шовкового шляху», зокрема державних структур, університетів та їх мереж, регіональних та глобальних економічних та кул турно‐освітніх організацій, що спрямовані на розвиток освітнього й науково‐технічного співробітництва та обміну в ОПОШ.
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the article is to characterize trends in the internationalization of higher education in China in the context of the implementation of the “One Belt, One Road” (OBOR) initiative in normative, organizational, and subject dimensions at the institutional, national, regional, and global levels of development of the phenomenon under study. It is shown that at the institutional level of the development of the internationalization of higher education, the influence of the “Educational silk road” is connected with the determination by universities of their own action plans regarding the development of the international dimension of all kinds of activities (creating joint academic programs and opening foreign branches, attracting foreign students and teachers, participating in international university networks, joint scientific projects, etc.), which aims to achieve multilateral and integral internationalization of higher education activities, increase readiness for leadership in international educational and scientific cooperation with institutions of higher education and science, business sector of OBOR countries. At the national (Chinese) level, the intensification of international cooperation in the field of higher education leads to the strengthening of China's position as a country that exports knowledge, accelerates the transformation of China into an international hub for the provision of services in the field of higher education, and expands the Chinese pool of well‐trained talents. At the regional and global levels, the transformation of higher education into an integral component of a large‐scale program of multilateral cooperation, which is OBOR, leads to the expansion of China's cooperation in the field of higher education with OBOR countries and to the strengthening of the attractiveness of the country as a place of study, to the creation of an integrated international educational communities under the proactive leadership of China. In such conditions, higher education turns into a powerful tool of China's soft policy in the development of multilateral cooperation in the region and the world.
