Анотація
Метою написання даної статті є розгляд й аналіз принципів та механізми формування міжкультурної компетентності у студентів, майбутніх фахівців музичного мистецтва. У статті зазначено, що формування міжкультурної компетентності студента університету відбувається досить ефективно при реалізації університетом його полікультурної місії, яка полягає в підготовці майбутнього фахівця до виконання завдань у сфері міжкультурної комунікації в умовах культурного різноманіття світової спільноти. Також у роботі визначено що формування міжкультурної компетентності майбутніх фахівців сфери музичного мистецтва передбачає використання креативно-ціннісних технологій, при яких ціленаправлено вибудовується ціннісна взаємодія «викладач-студент» на основі методик розвитку критичного мислення, тренінгів толерантності.
The purpose of writing this article is to consider and analyze the principles and mechanisms of formation of intercultural competence in students, future professionals in the art of music. The article states that the formation of intercultural competence of a university student is quite effective in the implementation of the university's multicultural mission, which is to prepare future professionals to perform tasks in the field of intercultural communication in the cultural diversity of the world community. The intercultural competence of the future music art specialist is the most important result of art education, a basic indicator of its quality level in the context of global trends in the integration of educational space in the modern world. Also, the intercultural competence of the future specialist in music art is integrative professional and personal qualities that synthesize a set of knowledge (linguistic, sociocultural, professional, cultural), skills and orientations on the content-semantic basis of productive implementation of the "dialogue of cultures" as an educational meta-principle; it assumes the developed readiness of the student, the future expert of musical art to participation in intercultural communication, including at a professional level. The formation of intercultural competence of future specialists in the field of music involves the use of creative and value technologies, in which purposefully builds value interaction "teacher-student" based on methods of developing critical thinking, tolerance training. Our research and experimental work have confirmed the existence of a set of principles that determine the effectiveness of the process of qualitative transition of the phenomenon, which is formed from the level of statement to the highest stages of development. These are the principles: problems (search); axiological (assessment); variability (choice); projection (projection); creativity. We see the prospects of further explorations in the theoretical substantiation and creation of a structural-functional model of the formation of intercultural competence of future specialists in the art of music.
