Анотація
У статті авторами визначено методологічні підходи до вищої військової освіти Польщі (компетентнісний; мультидисциплінарний; міждисциплінарний; практико-орієнтований; особистісно-орієнтований; праксеологічний; консолідацшний; комунікативний) та України (компетентнісний, аксіологічнии, логістичний, особистісно-орієнтований, інтегрований, комунікативний, культурологічний). На основі аналізу наукової літератури та вивчення особливостей організації вищої військової освіти Польщі та України на офіційних сайтах відповідних закладів вищої освіти доведено наявність взаємозв'язку різних підходів загальнонаукової та конкретно-наукової методології, на основі яких здійснюється підготовка студентів у військових ЗВО Польщі та України. У результаті порівняння методологічних підходів до вищої військової освіти Польщі та України з'ясовано, що в обох країнах набір методологічних підходів є рівнозначним. Виявлено спільні методологічні підходи (компетентнісний, особистісно-орієнтований та комунікативний). Доведено, що така ситуація зумовлена національними особливостями систем вищої військової освіти обох країн, а також рівнем їх розвитку та традиціями підготовки майбутніх військовослужбовців.
In the article, the authors define methodological approaches to higher military education in Poland (competence-based, multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary, practice- oriented, personality-centered, praxeological, consolidation, communicative) and Ukraine (competence-based, axiological, logistic, personality-centered, integrated, communicative, culturological). On the basis of the analysis of scientific literature and the study of the peculiarities of organization of higher military education in Poland and Ukraine on the official websites of the relevant institutions of higher education, it has been proved that there is an interrelationship of various approaches of general scientific and specific scientific methodology, on the basis of which the training of students in the military higher education institutions of Poland and Ukraine is carried out. As a result of the comparison of methodological approaches to higher military education in Poland and Ukraine, it is found that the set of methodological approaches is equivalent in both countries. Common methodological approaches (competence- based, personality-centered and communicative) were identified. It has been proved that this situation is due to the national features of the higher military education systems of both countries, as well as their level of development and traditions of training future military personnel. However, all methodological approaches are aimed at improving the efficiency and optimization of the system of training future military personnel in both countries. Such issues as procedural aspect of training students of higher military education institutions in Poland and determining possible ways of implementing positive experience into the higher military education system of Ukraine deserve further scientific development.
