Анотація
Культура кожного народу відрізняється присутністю загальних та особливо-специфічних рис, тобто національного, що визначається системою цінностей, смислів та ментальності. Усе це становить національну самобутність та культуру, що визначає її єдність та вирізняє серед інших культур. Одним із найвпізнаваніших специфічних явищ національної культури є національна кухня, яка має характерні особливості у приготуванні та споживанні страв, та є віддзеркаленням підходів до пізнавання світу, що знаходяться в межах соціальної культури певної країни.
Традиції приготування та споживання страв національної кухні кожного регіону втілилися у проведенні гастрономічного фестивалю. На даний час фестивалі слали справжньою культурною подією кожного краю. У сучасному культурному просторі України спостерігається постійний зріст кількості фестивалів. Такі заходи є прекрасними освітніми та культурними проектами, що передбачають можливість реконструкції давно забутих традицій. Що у свою чергу призводить до кращої освіченості нації та духовного збагачення завдяки національно-культурним традиціям.
Метою написання даної роботи є дослідження гастрономічних фестивалів у сучасному культурному просторі (на прикладі фестивалю «Слобожанський гастро-фест — традиції та культура»).
The culture of each nation differs in the presence of general and special-specific features, i.e. national, which is determined by the system of values, meanings and mentality. All this constitutes a national identity and culture, which determines its unity and distinguishes it from other cultures. One of the most recognizable specific phenomena of national culture is the national cuisine, which has characteristic features in the preparation and consumption of food, and is a reflection of approaches to learning about the world, which are within the social culture of a country. The cultural traditions adopted by the national cuisine are based on ethnic, mythological and partly religious values, on the other hand, it is enriched by changes taking place in the social space of the country. This reflects the formation of national cuisine as a transmitter of traditional values and an indicator of social change. The traditions of cooking and consuming national cuisine of each region were embodied in the gastronomic festival. Currently, the festival is a real cultural event of each region. In the modern cultural space of Ukraine, there is a constant increase in the number of festivals. Such events are wonderful educational and cultural projects that provide an opportunity to reconstruct long-forgotten traditions. Which in turn leads to a better education of the nation and spiritual enrichment through national and cultural traditions. Purpose and objectives of the study. The purpose of writing this work is to study gastronomic festivals in the modern cultural space (on the example of the festival «Slobozhansky gastrofest – traditions and culture»).
