dc.description.abstract	У магістерський роботі розглянуто теоретико-практичні основи управління формуванням коучингових компетенцій у майбутніх менеджерів організації. У першому розділі вивчено теоретичні основи управління формуванням коучингових компетенцій у майбутніх менеджерів організації, а саме: визначено сутність та передумови виникнення коучингових технологій у системі управління персоналом; проаналізовано технологію коучингу як методу оптимізації соціально-економічної ефективності персоналу організації; обґрунтовано ключові коучингові компетенції менеджера організації. У другому розділі представлено інтегровану модель управління формуванням коучингових компетенцій у майбутніх менеджерів організації, яка передбачає досягнення певного результативного компонента - коучингових компетенцій: знання принципів ведення коучингових сесій, стратегічне мислення, знання законів організаційного розвитку, повага до особистості і цінностей співробітника, бажання вдосконалюватися в галузі управління, віра у власний потенціал і потенціал співробітника. Розроблено програму навчально-тренінгового курсу з формування коучингових компетенцій у майбутніх менеджерів організації, а також методичні рекомендації щодо його впровадження. У висновках подано основні результати дослідження.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	The master's work examines the theoretical and practical foundations of the management of the formation of coaching competencies of the future managers of the organization. In the first section, we studied the theoretical foundations of the management of the formation of coaching competencies of the future managers of the organization, namely: The essence and conditions of the origin of coaching technologies in the system of human resource management; analyzed the technology of coaching as a method to optimize the social and economic efficiency of the organization's personnel; and outlined the key coaching competencies of the organization manager. The second section presents an integrated management model for the formation of coaching competencies of the future managers of the organization, which requires achieving a certain productive component - coaching competencies: knowledge of the principles of conducting coaching sessions, strategic thinking, knowledge of the laws of organizational development, respect for the person and values of the employee, a desire to improve in the field of management, belief in their own potential and the potential of the employee. Developed the program of educational and training course for the formation of coaching competencies of the future managers of the organization, as well as methodological recommendations for its implementation. The summary presents the main results of the research.	uk_UA
