dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто рухову активність як основу життєдіяльності людини, схарактеризовано застосування бделоакупунктури як природного засобу відновлення працездатності спортсменів-футболістів з ураженнями сенсорних систем. Проблема втоми спортсменів, які мають ураження сенсорних систем, є актуальною загально-біологічною проблемою, що становить значний теоретичний інтерес і має практичне значення. Для подолання проявів утоми футболістів з ураженнями сенсорних систем, як у плині тренувань, так і під час змагань, застосовується бделоакупунктура біологічно активних точок.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article deals with the features the use of acupressure as an unconventional method of rehabilitation of the players with lesions of sensory systems. The great advantage of using acupressure on athletes with disabilities is an individual approach. At the present stage of exercise and sport are seen as a leading means of health promotion and support of people with disabilities. However, the exercise (especially when it comes to the sport of high achievements) requires the athlete who has sensory lesions and undergoes intense physical activity, limiting strenuous physical and mental strength. So today for wheelchair sport the urgent problem is to overcome the negative effects of significant exercise and prevent their occurrence. This is especially true for the players with lesions of sensory systems. The key to successful training is the development of fatigue after performing each exercise in the current training process. Decreased performance is considered a leading objective criterion, outward manifestation of muscle fatigue of the players with lesions of sensory systems. The problem of the athletes fatigue who have a lesion sensor systems is relevant general biological problem that is of a considerable theoretical interest and has a great practical value. To overcome of the players fatigue with lesions of sensory systems as the current training and during competition, applies acupressure biologically active points. The study involved players with lesions of sensory systems that are a part of the team of the Sumy region and the national team of Ukraine, acting in the European and world competitions in futsal. All participants in the experiment after the sessions, which were held by foreign exchange before and after exercise, improved health, mood and sleep, increased efficiency, reduced muscle spasm of the lower extremities.uk_UA
