dc.description.abstractУ статті розглядається проблема взаємовідносин майстра та учня в історичній ретроспективі та реаліях сьогодення. Обґрунтовується сутність і визначається специфіка взаємодії в координатах «майстер учень» у сфері мистецтва, зокрема вокального. Підкреслюється важливість потреби й наснаги в удосконаленні та самовдосконаленні. Показано негативний вплив ліберальної ідеології на мистецьку освіту щодо втрати системи фундаментальних цінностей. Проаналізовано взаємовідносини майстра-педагога та студента в умовах сучасного навчальновиховного процесу в музичних академіях. Висвітлено негативні наслідки соціальної деградації професії вчителя й наголошено на потребі повернення високих ідеалів у відношеннях «майстер-учень».uk_UA
dc.description.abstractIn the paper the problem of the relationship of a master and pupil in the historical retrospective and the realities of the day is highlighted. The author proves the essence which is determined by the specificity of interaction in the coordinates of «master-pupil» in arts, particularly vocal. The importance of the needs and inspiration in improving and selfimprovement is stressed. The negative impact of liberal ideology on art education loss of the system’s fundamental values is shown. The relationship of the master-teacher and student in the modern educational process in music academies is analyzed. The negative consequences of social degradation of the teaching profession are highlighted and the need to return to the high ideals in the relation of the «master-pupil» is stressed.uk_UA
