dc.description.abstractУ статті розкрито сутність нової філософії освіти, заснованої на підготовці випускника вищого навчального закладу для конкурентного ринку праці. Вказано на завдання вищої освіти щодо забезпечення її якості. Досліджено функції освіти в умовах економіки знань. Обґрунтовано поняття гетерономії змісту вищої освіти. Розглянуто причини сучасної кризи знаннєво-центричної парадигми освіти та вказано на засоби її подолання. Проведено аналіз недоліків української вищої освіти. Визначено сутність інноваційних процесів як чинників трансформації інституту вищої освіти. З’ясовано чинники, що безпосередньо впливають на діяльність вищого навчального закладу як суб’єкта ринку освітніх послуг. Розроблено пропозиції щодо модернізації вищої освіти в умовах економіки знань.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article reveals the essence of the new philosophy of education based on the higher educational institution’s graduate preparation for the competitive labor market. It is noted that the problems of pedagogical innovation have always been in the focus of the researchers. The analysis of the topical conditions of their solution shows that over the last decade they are caused by the turning Ukraine into the market economy and democracy, and they are explained by changes in the character of education taking place in the context of global educational trends. The tasks of higher education for ensure its quality are specified: the formation of economic mentality, the providing of professional preparation and the education of humanistic behavior. The educational functions under conditions of the economy of knowledge have been investigated: educational, cognitive, informational, social, professionally-formative, economic, political, cultural-creative, socialization, integrative. The concept of the higher education’s content heteronomy is substantiated. The reasons of modern crisis of the knowledge-centrical education’s paradigm have been considered and ways to overcome them are proposed. The essence of innovation processes in quality of transformation of higher education’s institute is determined. The factors which directly affect to the activity of the higher education institution as on the subject of the education services market are established. The content of the competitiveness of higher education and its graduates have been conditioned. The expediency of application of uncommercial marketing tools by educational institution is proved. The analysis of disadvantages of Ukrainian higher education is conducted: the absence of educational management traditions, isolation from the real student’s necessities, the insufficient level of specialists preparation, the ignoring of labor markets requirements in the process of professional preparation. The new traits of higher professional education system under the influence of innovation processes are defined: rejection of the monoideological scheme in the educational process organization, the application of innovations in the preparation technology, formation the new type of social relationship between the teacher and the student. The proposals for the higher education modernization under conditions of the economy of knowledge have been developed. They should be based on the national idea, the subordination of higher education development the laws of market economy, the development of national higher education in the context of development trends in world educational systems.uk_UA
